Another day another hangover

So this morning the weather has cleared but my head hasn't,  following an extended bachelors lunch. No training at all this weekend - eeeeek.

The best cure I think will be a lunch with 40 people for my birthday.

A Homegrown world class band

This Saturday bought with it some rainy weather, a cold spell, and a proper hangover.

I did however listen to the new Prime Circle album which made me feel a bit better.

For a South African band I really think they're up there with some of the best rock bands in this genre in the world .... I can't find the album version of "Staring at Satellites" - but here is an acoustic version.
